Allen was appointed Electoral Roll Officer with effect from April 2002. He was born in Reading but has worked for over 32 years in London. All Saints' qualities are many but Allen particularly appreciates the excellence of the music, the sense of devotion in the services and the example of faith shown by all those who have worshipped at All Saints over the time since the church was founded at Peppard as long ago as 1233AD.
