Under the Deanery Pastoral Plan put forward by the Henley Deanery Rotherfield Peppard now shares a stipendary priest with Kidmore End & Sonning Common with the support of a Non Stipendary Minister.

The Reverend Graham Foulis Brown, was appointed as Priest-in-Charge of Rotherfield Peppard with effect from 1 November 2002. On 1 June 2003 a new benefice of Rothefield Peppard and Kidmore End and Sonning Common came into being. Graham Foulis Brown is now Rector of Rotherfield Peppard.

A Scot, Graham was born in Renfrewshire in 1950 and was educated in Glasgow and London. He taught English in Berkshire for nine years during which, he became an ordinand of the Oxford Diocese. He trained at St.Stephen's House, Oxford and was ordained in 1982 to serve as Curate of Hungerford-and-Denfold.

He became a Team Vicar in the Bicester Area Team Ministry in 1984 and Vicar of Kidmore End in 1990. Graham and Felicity were married in 1979 but separated in 1996. They have two children, Eleanor and Rupert. Outside the parish, Graham's interests include the Oxfordshire magistracy, to which he was appointed in 1987, and his Livery Company.
