Local links in the Peppard area

Rotherfield Peppard is located in South Oxfordshire in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The parish is approximately six miles north of Reading, and four miles from Henley-On-Thames. An adjacent village, Sonning Common, has a larger population and a good variety of facilities including shops, excellent healthcare, and successful schools. The area is very popular with its residents and there is a good sense of community.

To the north are the Chiltern Hills which provide superb facilities for walking, and enjoyment of the countryside. Communications are excellent with Reading providing comprehensive rail, road and airport links. The administrative centre for the area is however Oxford which is about 21 miles north-west of the village.
